Who we are
Air Ceylon Tours (Nawalapitiya 20650, Sri Lanka) plans private, personalised luxury journeys in Sri Lanka. Contact us about privacy at info@airceylontours.com.
What we collect and why
- Journey planner: your selections (countries, dates, destinations and preferences) are stored only in your own browser, so they are kept between steps and visits. They are not sent to us unless you choose to send the WhatsApp message the planner prepares.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: when you contact us, we receive the details you share (such as your name, number, travel dates and requests) and use them to reply and plan your journey. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Contact form: the details you submit are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us so we can reply. Submissions are checked automatically for spam.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website. We share details with hotels, transport providers and guides only when needed to arrange a journey you have asked us to plan.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to plan and support your journey, and to meet any legal obligations.
Your choices
You can clear the planner at any time with “Start a new journey”, or by clearing your browser’s site data. To ask what details we hold, or to have them corrected or deleted, email info@airceylontours.com.
