How does the planner work?
Choose your destinations, dates, travel style and group details in a few simple steps. At the end, the planner prepares a summary you can send to us on WhatsApp. Your choices are saved on your device so you can come back and adjust them.
Is anything booked when I send my enquiry?
No. Sending your planner summary on WhatsApp is simply the start of a conversation. Our team reviews your ideas, checks availability with hotels and suppliers, and sends you a tailor-made proposal. Nothing is booked or confirmed until you have reviewed and agreed a quotation.
How long should we spend in Sri Lanka?
Around ten to fourteen nights allows a relaxed loop through the Cultural Triangle, Kandy, the tea country, a national park and the coast. With a week, we focus on two or three regions; with longer, we can add quieter corners such as Jaffna or the east coast.
Do you have fixed packages or price lists?
No. Every journey is tailor-made, so there are no fixed packages or pricing tables. Once we understand your plans, we prepare a quotation for your specific itinerary.
Will we have a private driver-guide in Sri Lanka?
Most of our guests travel with a private driver-guide in a comfortable car or van, which gives you flexibility to set your own pace. We can also suggest specialist local guides at major sites.
Do we need a visa?
Entry requirements depend on your nationality and can change. Please check the official Sri Lankan government sources, along with your own government’s travel advice, before you travel.
Are your journeys suitable for children?
Yes. We plan family journeys with manageable travel days, family-friendly hotels and activities that suit different ages. Let us know the ages in your group when you enquire.
Can you accommodate accessibility or dietary needs?
Please tell us about any mobility, accessibility, dietary or medical requirements. We will take them into account when suggesting hotels and activities and check with providers what they can offer, so you can decide with full information.
Can we change our plans?
Itineraries can be adjusted as we plan together, and we are happy to refine the details until it feels right. Once arrangements are agreed, changes depend on hotel and supplier terms, which we will explain in your quotation.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply as soon as we can. Every enquiry is read by our team, and we may ask a few questions to make sure the suggestions we send are right for you.
